Looking to change up your gym routine for the spring but not sure what type of gym is for you? Well we’ve got all you need to know about St Kilda’s fitness circuit.
All-rounder
Enjoy being able to go from weight training classes to the pool all with the one membership.

South Pacific Health Club, St Kilda
This gym has a full weights and cardio floor, complemented by personal training for individually tailored fitness programs. Access to an extensive array of classes like spin, reformer/mat Pilates, Zumba, aerobics, and pump, to keep you motivated. Unlimited use of St Kilda Sea Baths facilities including a 25m seawater heated lap pool, hydrotherapy spa, aromatherapy steam room, and waterfront access to the ocean for those brave enough to dip in the bay.

Fitness First, St Kilda
Another all-rounder with a cardio theatre, cycle studio, free and loaded weights, tennis courts, and access to a variety of classes including body attack, Pilates, cycle, body pump, yoga, and HIIT. As well as a wet deck with a swimming pool, a monsoon shower, a steam room, and a sauna.

Zen
Not after the full gym setup but feel strength, coordination and flexibility is more your focus.

Embody Pilates, St Kilda
Offering studio classes, private classes, postural assessments and mat classes, there is something to suit everyone here. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Pilates works on helping you move more efficiently, focusing on improving a variety of movement patterns including: changing body shape and posture, relieving back pain and joint stress, and improving core and pelvic strength.

Grass Roots Yoga, St Kilda
Offering hot yoga classes across two studios focused on opening, strengthening and detoxifying the entire body in a room heated at 23-35?c. Classes are suitable for all ages; beginners to the well practiced yogi. Class types include: Hot Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow and Ying Yang.
