Heading out of town for the weekend ?  If you’re driving to the Mornington Peninsula you probably wouldn’t be suggesting to meet up with friends in Rosebud for a meal, unless of course that was your destination.  There are lots of other options on the Peninsula for the discerning Melbourne weekender and let’s face it Rosebud isn’t usually ranked high on the culinary highlight list.  But that could all be changing because of a new restaurant called The Milbri.

 

Chris Fabri (ex General manager of Two Buoys and Red Hill Epicurean) and Chris Miller (ex Sous chef at Red Hill Epicurean, Ten Minutes by Tractor) have teamed up to create a beacon of quality food and service in Rosebud.  For almost a year now The Milbri has been pioneering this higher standard and as a result is attracting satisfied customers from all around the Peninsula and Melbourne.  We suggest you check it out on your next trip south.
