Hey folks, this is Kimba Swinton slingin’ a few words on the local band scene.

BITTER SWEET KICKS recently launched their new offering titled ‘Linea De Fuego’ at the Prince Of Wales to a great Rock’n’Roll crowd and are now blasting it live around France and Germany.
The lads have also just been added to this year’s Merideth Festival.

THE MERCY KILLS new EP “Say You Do’ has just been released and TMK have been busy touring Sydney, Adelaide and kicking it out around Melbourne and Geelong.
Recent local shows have been the Espy gig for the X final show -to a packed room and a refreshing old school Espy vibe, and at Revolver with fellow St Kilda locals THE FIGHTING.

VICE GRIP PUSSIES have tightened things up with some killer shows last month for their Wednesday night residency at Cherry Bar.

BITTER SWEET KICKS have also teamed up with local five piece VICE GRIP PUSSIES for a limited run of 200 red vinyl 7-inch records. The launch for this release saw both bands go head to head on a twin stage, song for song trade off at Cherry Bar. This is out now exclusively through Cherry Bar and Jagermeister Vinyl.

The next St Kilda show for THE MERCY KILLS is on Saturday October 13th for the eighth Day By The Green at the St Kilda Bowls Club. Get to this one for an awesome day of local acts with Dial Me For Murder, Kids In Cults, Space Echo, Burn In Hell, Seedy Jesus, Cold Harbour, Neon & Venom, Billy Pommer Jr & The Guilty Plea with Harry Howard & The N.D.E headlining the day.

See you out there!!!
