December 7-13, 2015 St Kilda will play host to the ISAF Sailing World Cup 

With the fresh sunshine welcoming you back to the great outdoors of Melbourne, what better place to enjoy summer than attending the Southern Hemisphere’s largest annual Olympic Class sailing regatta the ISAF Sailing World Cup on the shores of St Kilda.

From December 7-13, 2015 St Kilda beach will come to life with marine-driven entertainment, and athletes from around the world competing in the 1st event of the World Cup fixture, before heading to another five cities around the world.

All eyes will be on St Kilda as over 647 competing yachts, 10 Olympic Classes, 20 Invited & Youth Classes, Corporate Couta Boat Challenge and Extensive Hospitality Program – witness the world’s leading sailors representing 41 nations.

The ISAF Sailing World Cup Series is more than a sailing regatta with live music, fashion and on-water entertainment events making Melbourne’s Port Phillip come alive for more than 5,000 extra visitors and spectators expected to hit St Kilda’s foreshore over the week.

During the week of the world cup businesses from St Kilda and surrounds are providing an extra special welcome to athletes and attendees, offering a 15% discount from a wide range of businesses including health & beauty, dining, accommodation, retail, and attractions.
