Featured Dish: Dark Chocolate Mousse

With a new menu, designed by recently appointed Head Chef Simon Moss (Cin Cin on Quay, One Tree Grill, Orbit, Wildfire, Sapore, Entrecôte) The Grosvenor are readying for a summer romp. 

Simon’s background in French bistro-style and modern Italian cooking adds new flavours to the menu, while retaining elevated takes on pub staples. The new menu features delicious options for grazing at the bar, as well as heartier dishes for a leisurely meal at the bistro, all paired perfectly with pours from Grosvenor Hotel’s extensive list of craft beers and Australian wines.
