Earth, Wind & Flour, Elwood’s favourite gourmet pizza restaurant and delivery, have released their new summer menu.

dsc_7371-98Their mission to rebrand the staid pizza model into a healthy, exciting and ethical food option has leapt further with exciting new seasonal options. They now offer a range of fresh and healthy vegan pizzas.

Stocking the larder with locally sourced ingredients from Melbourne’s markets, they’ve created a selection of new gourmet pizzas, including:

Jumping Bean (Mexican) – Tomato base, cheese, black bean, chilli, Spanish onions, roasted capsicum, jalapeños, and ground beef.

Sage & Beets (Vegetarian) –Tomato base, cheese, apple, roasted pumpkin, beetroot, goats cheese, garnished with roasted pumpkin seeds and crispy sage

dsc_7303-76Prosciutto –Garlic, cheese, pear, gorgonzola, garnished with prosciutto, wild rocket and a reduced balsamic dressing

Virginian – Tomato base, cheese, garlic, spinach, Virginian ham, mushrooms, Spanish onion, goats cheese and cherry tomatoes

Chimichurri – Tomato base, cheese, salami, roasted capsicum, Spanish onion, chorizo, fresh chilli, with a chimichurri drizzle

Big hitting bloggers have all championed the new offerings over the past weeks.

They’ve upped the ante with the desserts too, with a Flourless Orange and Almond Cake, Mississippi Mud Cake and Sticky Date pudding.
